All original mobile phones that support chinese have the chinese characters on the first 5 keys.Those that do not have them, yet have the chinese software inside is not original. so i need know that have or not the ori nokia dont have chinese characters

Is your phone Zitron/avaxx/Sapura? if so try to go to service center to have it install

uhm easy..... go to music player...play the song u choosen.....option>fm transmitter>on>thn set to the frequency that ur radio setting...e.g. ur car/house/mp3 player set 88.20(the best is choose empty channel to avoid any bla bla bla) thn set ur fm transmitter to 88.20 also.....thn wait 1 ~2sec thn READY TO listen HAHA

*ps the distance must between 3 metre from ur phone to antena....

how about the keypad..i want buy this hp...but dont want have characters chinese...but the sapura warranty have this character...

aiya almost all n85 hab accept u get AP from overseas....(heard from a fren work in HP shop b4)

anyway, with or wothout the char dosent matter.. it's a great phone after all..

sapura warranty have? thatone im not sure , then zitron/avaxx should be without it.

btw, i soft formatted my phone and now i cant use my dictionary.. it says that dictionary database missing.. where do i find back the database?? any idea?? =x

How long it take to charge via computer ?

Depending on how much remaining battery you have left. Example if u have 50% left normal charging takes 30min compare to
USB it may takes longer charging time for example 10 to 20 mins additional..

Charging via USB not that effective..I only use that on emergency basis like at work N85 is not fully h@ckable yet it seems..so i dont think anyone here tried here..but its getting good review in "other" forum

So far USB works for me well. It's much more portable than bringing the charger along thou the charging speed it's kinda slow.


I tried every possible method and some links given to me by Alexdino still no good.. Spend hours of my sleep time doing it yesterday. Instead of hacking it there are few methods to bypass it but it does not work on latest firmware.. Well, it's still a long way to go.

you can download the dictionary database from nokia website..just go to the n85 page then check for downloads..

what is your service provider? u said is Maxis right? prepaid or postpaid also have 3G. shouldnt be a problem. im using Maxis prepaid

when is in 3G area, my AGPS can connect pretty fast at around a few seconds, but when i go back kampung where there is not 3G area, i ll have to wait for few minutes.

im not sure how bout those using Digi.
