It's normal.. I have the same issue too.. Not only the batt cover.. Sometimes the other part of the cover also or most of the edge on the phone.. =x
Wait till you have cracked keypad like me, then it's even more annoying..
just follow the instruction u gave, i connect using pc suite, then i copy from z:(inside the right folder) to memory card, from memory card i do the editing the notepad, after done i copy the file to c:(inside the right folder). Later i restart and open camera it show system error, cant open camera at all. so i delete back the file at c:(inside the right folder).
so my project still not done yet. why i face this problem?
