Skool brand also very thin. I wonder will martin shield thinner than it ?

I'm still waiting for invisible shield. Till today no stock yet. I hope invisible shield will be thinner than the 2 brand above.

have read some bad feedback on invisible shield on 5800...they say the surface not smooth, so not very conducive to touchscreen.

this is first time i using martin fields on touchscreen, but imho their main advantage is that it's very clear, very smooth. It's not scratch proof, but having it on you won't feel like there is a protector there...feels like touching the screen direct. It's not very thin, but it doesn't make the screen less responsive.

but never try skool before.. sad.gif

It works fine with this phone...adjust volume, track control all working fine.

But only buy S9 if you don't wear specs...otherwise very uncomfortable.

can you put some some about your martin fields?

i wanna see the cutting of the shield.

Added on February 3, 2009, 11:27 pmerm if martin field is 0.2mm thck how about skool brand thickness?

that's the Martin Fields I got and applied...

- crystal clear
- chemically coated for a high scratch resistance surface
- 0.2mm super thin, made in japan, high tech material
- mild adhesive used
  - no air bubbles
  - no sticky residue on screen
- washable, reusable, removable, easy to apply
- 99% UV Light protection

I found out skool is 0.1mm thickness, which is 0.1mm thinner than martin field.

WAHH...1.5 hours >.<

I do not have that kind of patience...especially if doing it in my toilet where the light flickers like some horror movie and there is no air movement...

it took me half an hour to properly put my Martin Fields on...and that was dreadful >.<

congrats on ur successful installation

It's a problem, my dad's 5800 has it too... Everything becomes grey, right? I think it's an LCD problem... Go NCC ASAP and fry them... brows.gif

Thankfully I'm clear... hmm.gif

i don't think is the LCD problem. SHould be firmware problem. If LCD problem once it grey it will grey forever.
