QUOTE(night_wolf_in @ Feb 8 2009, 11:29 PM) ya, it is alright. thanks. do appreciate your responses. ill do the following, buy the phone. test the phone, have no problem. good. but yet ill go no NCC n get update of firmware. if problem, then give them to fix it. or you think, that i can update the firmware myself using the nokia pc suit. i really dont want to use that phonex thing, or install some applications to the phone. (will i need to hard reset etc, to even install MSN Live Messenger) Well there really isn't any harm sending your phone to fix the earpiece problem straight after you purchase the phone. Why? Because you buy the phone, go to the NCC, tell them you got earpiece problem.. They'll just open it, fix the earpiece like the one shown on the front page or just give you a new earpiece. And if they somehow can tell that your earpiece has no problem, and they tell you that there's no problem. You can just say "okay okay" .. Then take back the phone and you're done with your earpiece problem. Either way
