Hi all Poodle Lover! I have been reading your forum from V1 till now ...just got a new poodle recently..just wonder if any of u clean the Anal Glands? Is is a must to clean a? like very gerli lo..>.<....i get to read this from the puppy care forum...they have mention about this..

Harlow...have to clean..but i've never and dont know how to clean b4. Always done by groomers. If it is not clean, doggie will itchy there and will slide their butt on the floor. Although it's a funny scene but u will know it is time to clean them there.

I feeding Nutro Edge, last time I try one pack Ekanuba.Both extreme smelly! Pet shop recommend me Royal Chain two days didn't clean poo also dun have smell but very expensive. medium pack Rm80 ++ I got six poodles! He he...

my boy clean only when i send him for grooming. clean every 2-3months is still ok. if u want to do it urself, ask the vet to show u when u send ur pup for vaccine.

My Cherries so small but the most angry pup in house! No one can buli her. She keep chasing for bite. I remember last time she 2 months old pee at floor .I slap her butt, she want bite and chase me until I jump up the sofa with house mate too.



I do, I clean by myself. Actually, quite easy! If u love them, u need to do it . Use tissue and left up the tail then use finger press at anus between 5 o'clock and 7 o'clock squeeze upward then liquid come out. Is awful smell then use wet towel or soap to wash anus. I do every three to four weeks once.
