I remember the sales person told me that the sale item won’t be displayed upfront, you have to go to the counter and ask then they will let you know.

ermm.... i think that sales man just BS you.

I bought my current one during the sales in one of their stores with BIG SALES banner outside the store.

It was an ad-hoc buying as i don't plan to get it but since it's on sales i just bought one wallet.

Hahah maybe. Cause I seldom see any sales banner displayed in bb stores, thought they want to preserve their ‘atas’ image.

It's not maybe, i am 101% sure they have banner, btw their price range is not "atas" actually, at least for me lar..

They should be considered mid range product I think, but they are trying to brand themselves as atas, that is what i am trying to say haha.

Lol this brand is only displayed in normal departmental store such as Galleria Kaufhof in Germany. It is just something like having a display counter in Parkson. Only Malaysian will think this brand is atas.
