can somebody explain what does Medium grain printed calf leather mean? seems like this type of leather applies to most of their wallets from their webstore description.

want to ask: I bought a bb wallet from zalora previously under bb's official store and now has some stains on it.. can I just bring in to any bb retail store without the official receipt and get it polish without additional charges?
