where can i fix this?

in between of the screen & the home button~
the layer of the screen is like spliting up~

any1 can help? i dunno whether is the Screen Protector or the surface of the glass was taking off ==
any1 know where can i fix it? i dun mind to pay for the service, but at least its wont gonna be worst after this...

& then the screen protector at the bottom(that home button part)
is not fit so i can see the glass that part (away from Screen protector)
is like going to split up... poor i dint have a better DC i'm just using iphone to take that pic T.T
