Guys for cheap HTC chargers with 1 year warranty, go to NOVOCELL. Up until now I have tried many many ones but the one "so called" original one that they sell with the HTC box and the HTC logo engraved on the charger served me the best. Even the momax one that i bought lasted only 3 weeks or so with HTC TP. Its really odd that one by one the car chargers die except for the HTC one. Its only RM 28 with warranty 1 year.

Really? Novocell only gives 3 months? Wow... I remember buying mine for 28 or something (or was it 38) i really cannot remember. I just remember that it was cheaper than the rest i asked, and i was told its 1 year warranty, even the bill said so. My momax only lasted a couple of weeks just after the 1 week warranty kaput so it was down the drain... sigh. Added on February 4, 2009, 9:13 ami did check out the HTC charger that is offered by novacell...they quoted me rm45...its an AP charger and I found the same thing in lyp also...price ranging from rm 30- 38... warranty wise...novacell is 3 months.. lyp.. 1 week - 1 month..
Added on February 4, 2009, 9:15 amthanks for the advice...but if stick on the front window...it gets hot as it is under direct sunlight...so after driving with GPS on long journey...ur TP will get super hot...not that good for the phone also right?

Hi... problem, when i plug in my touch pro to my laptop via usb cable, it just says unrecognizable device, tried on many other laptops and pcs same. Anyone has this problem?

HI all... please i need help. I set my tp once to act like modem on my laptop. Now when i connect and try to sync, instead of the menu, it does nothing but like adds another internet connection, I cannot choose the mode i want anymore.
What can i do? And somemore the internet not working also...

When you plug your TP to your laptop or pc, your to will ask you what you want to do, active sync, disk drive or use as modem. I chose use as modem, now i cannot get it to work properly liao. Could be my TP, could be xp. ANY HELP? QUOTE(pcboy @ May 5 2009, 09:06 AM) how did u set ur TP as modem?

For those Opera users, have a try to use Iris web browser.. i think its faster and loads pages smoother than Opera, i'm using Iris as my default browser.. for a while  .. u can download here .. its 3.3MB to download and needs 9.4MB of your device memory.. ** after install, go to registry HKCU>IrisBrowser>Preferences> and change TextReflowEnabled to 1 ... this will render your text after zoom-in ... u also can have mouse cursor to click links, scroll up/down etc.. and mini windows to scroll down in super speed.. Hi all taikors, I took a video on my HTC touch pro and after I transferred it to pc, I find that not many players can support playing mp4 format. Any good software that supports converting mp4 (from htc tp) to avi. or other normal file types?
