Hi bro OldNewspaper, here is how my TP symptom looks like... : I tried to turn on the device but the screen do not display anything including the backlight as well but the device will vibrate once ( as what TP will vibrate when device is reset or turned on )
I've tooked out the battery as what you mentioned for more than 5 hrs but still the same result. I've used various chargers also including my ol' rw6828 charger but no avail. Now only left to test is with a new battery. I might need to try to use your technique hehehe

Btw I've used HardSPL the second day I bought my TP, so I don't suspect any software issues here... but I could be wrong... I've used official TP ROM with hardSPL for no prob. i just noticed my TP became like this after when I wanted to call someone which the TP was in my pda pouch...
Hi antipoison, the HardSPL process went well and its quite safe. I've flashed various ROMS but still found that official ROM is still faster with OldNewspaper's & other contributors in LYN's tweaks. Its just that the device just suddenly failed on me when I needed it

. I've looked through other forums on the net and found most of TP users faced the same problem more like pre-mature failure of some batches of TP.
still got vibrate when turn on but the the screen is black out......is there even any start up sound?

i haven't experience this before...but anyway here's some checklist for you...
posibility 1 : hardware issuefirstly, take out the battery and check the 3 pin connector on your TP [ the gold color pin which physically touch the battery ] - check is any of the pin dented / broken especially the middle pin. if dented, try straighten it back, reinsert battery and turn it on again....if all the 3 pin are in good conditions, proceed to the next step:
possibility 2 : bad radio rom / bad flash follow bro pcboy instruction, enter into bootloader mode....if you can manage to into bootloader means you had a bad flash [ very highly the radio culprit ] previously...don't take any chances anymore, immediately flash back to stock spl and rom.
if still cannot turn on, the only
possibility is : dead screen / fried board...send back to SIS and pretend that you're still noob using pda and if they voice out about warranty void because of custom spl/rom.....simply tell them it's not your fault, tell them it's your phone dealer whom 'install' the cooked rom for you without even noticing it...
cheers up bro!
