This smallville series is getting crappy. Lex Luthor is some kind of cyborg now? And on top of that, he knows Clark's secret? Plus, Lana Lang possesses superhuman strength and speed?

And that magic was Giggsy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OMFG, this lad really proves why I love him so much. And Scholes. Too bad Becks had to leave. And Keano too ... otherwise they could be the Fantastic Four. Haha.

What team hold the world record for clean sheet?
Not sure what team. But from previous pages, some GK from Brazil is holding the record for 1,816 minutes?
cantik la 3 points... finally not dropping any points away at Upton Park. But this 1-0 result really giving us lots of scares, lucky that the defense and keeper didnt let us down. At last, Giggs open his account on BPL and scored from his favorite left wing
To be honest, we look a bit shaky today... champion form perhaps
he shot with his right foot. really reminds me of his dazzling run in 1999 FA Cup.

I really hate Man Utd playing in Upton Park
I almost hate you. From now on, NO PREDICTIONS for you.
It is better to win 1-nil than to win 2-3. Your defence line sucks. Pompey was shite. Didn't defend properly. Would love to see how West Ham will nick at least a point from the bitters.
West Ham was great last nite. Didn't bow too much at all to our feet. Heck, at least we don't need controversial cards to win our matches. We just need the Lady Luck. Obviously, she likes us. FACHT!
p/s : Guys, I'm thinking of starting a blog site which need contributors/writers. It's about United of course. Anyone interested do PM me?

Foster Rafael - Evans - Vidic/Brown - Fabio Park - Fletcher - Gibson - Nani Welbeck - Rooney
This lineup would be sufficient, I think. But I would throw in Evra for him to get games. Then again, he plays very well against Chelsea after being suspended, didn't he? If that's the case, Fabio would be the obvious choice.

im bit of shock as big phil get sack tis early....atcually he wasnt tat bad, look at brazil n portugal which he managed...perhaps sum tim went really wrong at stamford bridge.
There's a big difference on managing a country's team and a club? You need consistency in all matches with a club while with a country, you need luck and understanding between you and your players. My opinion only.
QUOTE(Sheep319 @ Feb 10 2009, 12:44 AM)
oh damn. Big Phil got sacked?
THATS MESSED UP YO.
It's his first season lagi tu. Retarded Chelsea board.

QUOTE(yfchin2 @ Feb 10 2009, 12:53 AM)
just half season u didnt perform well...sacked....chelsea style...pening....pity scholari....dun worry...u wull lead a better team and beat chelsea team and kick their ass...
Chelsea are turning more and more into an another Real Madrid?
Well, what I meant was RA has a Veto power or what? Technically, he is the owner of the club rite?
QUOTE(maxizanc @ Feb 10 2009, 02:38 AM)
That is not the best excuse. Before taking the responsibility, a manager should have expected that especially when it was involving a big deal (It's Chelsea & they have Roman Abramovich) Not only the manager, the management also need to be more understanding.
It is not the best excuse but it is something to be bear in mind. It's a two different thing. In cup competitions, I would say it is 100% upon luck(take a good look at us last season, UCL?). While competing in a league needs consistency and high level of concentration to both manager and players.
Despite of that, I still think that Big Phil should've been given more time.

United Reserves registered a first home league win of the season on Thursday night, thanks to a penalty in each half from Fabio and Federico Macheda.
England international Ben Foster was pressed into early action at Altrincham’s Moss Lane ground, making two saves in quick succession in only the third minute.
If the first was straightforward as he gathered a low drive from Bolton midfielder Robert Sissons, the second was spectacular. When his team-mates failed to keep possession, Foster back-pedalled to acrobatically tip Sam Sheridan's long-range shot onto the bar. The ball was loose on the rebound but fortunately Oliver Gill reacted quickly to nod it out for a corner and thwart the lurking Trotters striker Javlon Campbell.
That was in fact Bolton’s third notable shot on goal in an exciting start to this game, Tamir Cohen spooning his side’s first attempt over the net with Foster closing the space.
The crossbar at the other end was grazed by Rodrigo Possebon in the fourth minute. The Brazilian’s first-time shot almost capped a lightning counter-attack, after Foster released Lee Martin with a long throw and he fed Macheda to play in Possebon.
It was to be another Brazilian who made the breakthrough for United in the 26th minute; Fabio sending goalkeeper Adam Bogdan the wrong way from the penalty spot.
The kick was given after Richard Eckersley, on a bold foray into the Bolton box, was caught late by Zoltan Harsanyi after crossing the ball. This came at the end of a great move in which Macheda backheeled the ball into the path of Cameron Stewart, who then threaded a pass into the area for Eckersley to run onto.
Another foul was committed in the same penalty area just before the break; this time Macheda was the perpetrator on Bolton right-back Nicky Hunt and although Martin put the ball in the net for United, this 'goal' from open play was disallowed.
Referee Amy Rayner awarded her second spot-kick of the night in the second period when the lively Martin ran menacingly at Bolton defender James Sinclair and was then bundled over by his outpaced opponent. This time Macheda stepped forward to literally tap the spot-kick home; Bogdan again moving in the opposite direction.
Bogdan had earlier fared better to block Robbie Brady’s close-range shot, though he was well beaten – and saved only by the crossbar – when Matty James bent a brilliant left-foot shot beyond his dive.
After two draws, a defeat and a change of ground from Northwich to Altrincham, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be relieved to have three home points in the league table.

Meanwhile, Reds defender Fabio Aurelio believes Manchester United will suffer a slip-up in the title race before the end of the season.
Aurelio is confident Liverpool can win their first Premier League title by overhauling United's two-point lead at the top of the table, despite the fact the champions have a game in hand.
United's record-breaking run of 13 league games without conceding a goal has been impressive, but Aurelio believes the reigning champions will suffer a sticky patch and that Liverpool must capitalise on any stumble.
"I don't think they will get positive results right until the end of the season, plus we've also got to go to Old Trafford," said Aurelio. "So, if we keep getting our points we'll have a chance to beat them.
"Every game is a final now if we want to fight for the title at the end. If United don't lose then they'll finish a few points ahead, but we still have to make sure we do our part."
