Sorry if this is the wrong thread to be asking this. I've lost my asus zenfone 2, so I called celcom to block my imei. But the thing is they say that my imei is not registered in their system. I don't know what they mean by that. My phone imei is legit. I've checked it on the set, and even on my google account. Please help. I don't know what to do. I know i will never be able to get this phone back. I just don't want the thief to profit from this.
