is it free calls/sms/mms between main and sup line?

currently using family unlimited by digi. but since digi's line is so terrible here at my hostel, im thinking to port to celcom.

I thot something is wrong with my phone. Phew. Mine was 'no service' for abt 2 hours. Now it's back. Phew.

a question. can i use the celcom weekly broadband @ Singapore? going to Spore soon.
