hello,
anyone got this?
that is from my gf's online customer services account, i shocked to see that her credit balance is RM200.00, but when i ask her to check the credit via *124#, it shown RM0.00 (as it should be) and she able to sms'es me....
what is that actually? a reward from celcom due their services breakdown?

hello,

just asking if anyone here has change their prepaid plan from u.o.x/s.o.x to new xpax (x2)? how bout the credit expired validity? is it still same as u.o.x/s.o.x plan or it change to new expired date?

thanks, i read F.A.Q and they mentioned, we can switch back to our original plan (UOX/SOX) after migrate to X2. But, yesterday, I called their CS, they said there is no such thing like that.

now which one is true?

Added on May 26, 2011, 2:30 pmeven u r on celcom blue plan 35sen/min or old xpax adjacen/nonadjacent charge or UOX 15cent/min or X2 plan 28cent/10&5min, it will automatically change to penang special 10cent/min nationwide once u enter penang.....
