recently i have converted my Upax into Celcom exec. when i login into OCS using the same account, it still displays bout my Upax page without the details. when i want to sign up using the same number, the system wont allow me to do so. so how am i gonna solve this?

what does this mean actually? Free between P48 users only or between Celcom/Xpax/Upax users? |
