what's the rate for overseas call?? let's say im calling from malaysia to USA,using u.o.x btw

i remember that celcom has this service where for example, Im sending an SMS to my friend, but instead of mine, his credit will be deducted..how to do that?? I did that before but now he changed to new number and i cant remember how to do it again...

errm, let's say that a friend of mine is in oversea now, he wishes to send me a text but imma paying for it...so he tried the (222my num) but it doesnt work..he even tried (222601***) n (222+601***) but none succeeded...any thoughts?
