Ah, I thought I'm suffering all alone. The line is VERY BAD!! Calls can't even stay for more than 5 minutes 
I called customer service just now, but the operator just cut my call off for no apparent reason.

I'm not sure about video calls, but sometimes I use Google Maps on my phone using 3G. And the software had to be refreshed at times because the connection was unresponsive coz im using sony erricsson phone...set the network GSM and 3G..
