Damn. This is ridiculous. So I'm the old UOX users.

Recently my UOX expired and I'm return to normal validity. After a few months , I decided to subscribe for extended validity but failed.

Reason is my prepaid is still tied to UOX. Now I cant extend my validity.
So I want to change to normal xpax. But I can't because for old UOX users, there's no way you can change your plan.
