previously, i have a celcom sim card (my old number). when use it with my phone...ok. no problem.
now, i change to a new package with new sim card (new number too). 80% of the calls are not clear...with many static noise and keep intermittently no sound. when the people on the other side of the phone says " where are you going"...all i hear is "e u in". very poor signal.

but the hand phone still remain the same.
why? do i ned to change a new sim card? where can i do that? need to pay extra money?

anyone here make a call inside ikea before?
my phone reception in ikea, ikano, damansara area is very poor. besides that, reception in sg way is also poor. why? is it celcom coverage problem or is it my phone?
(i don't have other phone to test)

celcom now has micro sim card already.

when is celcom gonna have iphone plan? or is there any other phone that also uses microsim card?

My first time using celcom ocs to pay bill.
As shown in the pic, latest total amount due is negative RM40. Current charge is RM10 (stamping fee actually).
When I first subscribe for the celcom number, I already paid upfront RM50.

Do I need to pay that RM10? The selection in the website is greyed out for RM-40...which means I don't have to pay anything...am I correct?

What is cagaran?

Why it say "Payment is based on the Balanced Amount Due"? As shown in picture, "Latest Total Amount Due" is RM-40.00.

How?

How do I block (cut-off/disable) internet on my SIM card? Can Celcom do that?
