what are the other options available for me to check my credit other than the *100# code

i mean other than to use the fixed *xxx# code
is there a number i can dial to get to a computer operated operator like digi
cuz with my phone, i cannot access the menus through the *xxx# code

EDIT: nevermind, i found out by calling 1990 i can check my bal now
