I was on holiday at PD yesterday and was shocked to found out about this interruption today. The whole of my family use (except me) use Celcom and have no problem what so ever. Nway Celcom must ensure this is the first and the last interruption

No wonder, since their network was down, the customers can only call CS which make the call center call volume jump and they cannot cope.

Since only a few customers are making inquiries or having problems, the call center can handle every call within a few rings. Imagine if the same problem happen to Maxis, do u think it will be answered within a few rings?
