BTW for UOX/SOX, u need to go to Celcom centre to clarify ur IC.. if u fail to do so, u will get SMS that ur UOX will auto convert to Xpax after certain date!
just go to celcom centre and tell them to clarify IC... after u done it, it take about 1 week to update ur expiry date!

need to go to celcom centre to verify ur IC.. if u fail to do so, ur UOX will auto convert to normal xpax plan after 7days!..

because last time too many people cheat. register with other people IC... this is celcom way to counter the problem!
last time done it for my nepehw with no charge.. go to celcom Centre and show that sms then he ask for IC... he key in details into his PC to verify then done! after 2 hours, expired date change to april 2021

dealer cant do anything about it... go to celcom branch directly!... they will copy ur IC for verification purpose and wait for about 1 week. done it before..
