Yamato's Ringo, sigh. Looked nice in the promo pics, then actual product you knowlah - typical Yamato. I've given up on POing Yamato stuff edi, just wait for their stuff to be discounted 20% or more a few months later. I wish they'd stop trying to manufacture Shunya or Cerberus Project stuff and let better companies like Max Fac handle those sculpts instead =_=

Bro, all original products sure will have defects exchange warranty within a certain period. For my case, KyoLee purchased Nendoroid Melissa Seraphy from me but found a drop of paint at her back, so I offered an exchange with him and will return it back to GoodSmile Company.

I would suggest, next time when you got such defects item from XL, try to negotiate with them for an exchange, as soon as possible. If they insists no exchange policy, be careful as it might be not a genuine product. Anyway, I believe XL will exchange it for you within a week after you purchased it, because this is the basic consumer rights under law that everyone must have. smile.gif

For the Ringo case. I think can't ask for defeat exchange. As show in the HS picture, the final product is like that (hair part). So how you change also get the same thing.

actually is not factory defect.. as i know..is the result end up like this sweat.gif
as i know got few figurine got this issue b4..which prototype very superb nice..but when mass produce.. sweat.gif phail result..
if u look carefully.even HS also feel phailed on it..and they wiling to show the original content(phail) 1 and compare to prototype..so that buyer will make a decision whether mahu beli? atau tak mahu..

Added on April 7, 2009, 12:44 amfor xl-shop case..as i know.if u check on the spot.found got defect.can change with another one immediately smile.gif last time purchase revoltech and nendoroid..found few issue/defect..they wiling to change for you also.(as long got extra stock lar)
