yup not bad. can last longer than original battery which is 1800mah, and product of japan. If their quality is not ensure i believe they will not dare to offer 1 year warranty for it.

but u have too pry abit ur housing when insert it. the batt abit longger than ori one also tick.

Bought a housing and the fellow installed for me. Not that difficult but you need torx type of screwdriver.

Guys, a quick question. The "@" button on the right side resembles Internet button right? If I were to connect to WiFi and press "@" button to surf the Internet, will it be counted as WiFi or WAP?

I seem to be charged for that, I thought I have successfully connected to WiFi.

I seldom use my phone to surf the net, the globe sign will appear when I connect to the Internet regardless I use any type of connection? (i.e. WiFi or GPRS)

Please help to clarify, or I must use Opera when I connect to WiFi? It seems like I have problem with my Opera hence I pressed on "@" button and got charged later.

'@ button' u can change wat u want to do with it.
go to menu > control panel > device > shortcut button

if u dont sure about ur connectity, each time when u connected to internet, please click the globe sign as it will go to ur connection manager. from there, u can check type of connection u r currently using

Thanks, I didn't notice this though have used nearly 2 years.
I would like to change the shortcut button to something else than "Internet" because sometimes I tend to accidentally pressed on it. May I know how I can go to "Internet" from the traditional way? Where is it located in the menu? I can't seem to find it.

I believe that's the only resort, need to check every time I connect to the Internet. Luckily it was only RM 40.

and thanks fruitie for helping me clearing my doubts before I go and bought mine (second hand, but nothing bad happened so far). Was choosing between this and the X1 and decided to try Symbian.

My only qualms is that, I still couldn't manage to control the jogdial properly. Needs more practice.

Of course there is, version 5 and inactive already because it is an "outdated" model.
In addition, Symbian UIQ has gone bankrupt.

Probably your jogdial is loose, mine is loose and seems lesser responsive compared to last time. Still... I'm lazy to get it fixed. Actually I don't know to fix it.

Anyway, I may ditch this for Blackberry in the future...

I'm not quite jogdial dependent anyway, so I'm not bothered with it.

Speaking about ditching, I think I'm going to ditch this too when the X10 arrives. Been wanted to try Android OS but the Google phone has more critics than praise in the web ~.~
