Yeah, no warez talk over here, else I'll request for offenders to be sent off for holidays. smile.gif

Anyway, it is good to see SE P1i thread has moved into version 5. biggrin.gif Hopefully more volunteers could write us more nice third party software. thumbup.gif

Till then, Happy Chinese New Year too! rclxms.gif

I still wondering why.. hmm.gif

LYN has already censored those links from ip-mart because ip-mart is popular for warez share.

To lock or unlock keypad, you can just use the "back" button located below the scroll button. Just press longer to lock or unlock. smile.gif

Phone got prob again. Need to reboot phone to receive message.  cry.gif Any solutions?
*
I'm facing with this problem too.

The first occurrence was 2 weeks ago, not all SMS-es were managed to receive. When I cleared some of SMS-es, tonnes of them came in one shot. I nearly fainted when I saw two days ago SMS-es were in, some of them were important. rclxub.gif

Then, sat there an hour and cleared the inbox nearly 2.5K sms-es were washed away. Everything is back to normal, no delay or whatsoever.
Yesterday, it happened again. doh.gif
Didn't switch to flight mode but instead turning off everything, turned on again.. 6 SMS-es came in one shot. doh.gif

I have reported to my telco provider - DiGi about this matter and from their records everything were sent and received promptly. Now I'm suspecting is my phone's problem. I'm so pissed off now. vmad.gif

I never had this issue since my purchase in last year's July.

I didn't turn off the phone ever since I bought it. blush.gif

The problem is I don't know when it had problem because I thought there is no SMS coming in. sweat.gif

For now, every now and then, I keep switching to flight mode and back to normal to have a soft reboot. sweat.gif

Really no solution? sad.gif

I use my theme also for a while d. This problem will suddenly strike one. U can change to other theme first to check it out and change back after its ok.
*
Alright, thanks for the advice. I have changed my theme as advised. smile.gif
Hopefully it helps to solve my problem. smile.gif
How to know if the problem occurs? laugh.gif
I really thought nobody SMS-ed me until I feel kinda odd and restarted my phone, later on was shocked with the "overwhelmed" replies! laugh.gif sweat.gif doh.gif

yea.thinkin the sme thing here.any1 hve done it before?

Bought a housing and the fellow installed for me. hmm.gif Not that difficult but you need torx type of screwdriver. smile.gif

Guys, a quick question. The "@" button on the right side resembles Internet button right? If I were to connect to WiFi and press "@" button to surf the Internet, will it be counted as WiFi or WAP?

I seem to be charged for that, I thought I have successfully connected to WiFi. hmm.gif

I seldom use my phone to surf the net, the globe sign will appear when I connect to the Internet regardless I use any type of connection? (i.e. WiFi or GPRS)

Please help to clarify, or I must use Opera when I connect to WiFi? It seems like I have problem with my Opera hence I pressed on "@" button and got charged later. sleep.gif

'@ button' u can change wat u want to do with it.
go to menu > control panel > device > shortcut button

if u dont sure about ur connectity, each time when u connected to internet, please click the globe sign as it will go to ur connection manager. from there, u can check type of connection u r currently using
*
Thanks, I didn't notice this though have used nearly 2 years. blush.gif
I would like to change the shortcut button to something else than "Internet" because sometimes I tend to accidentally pressed on it. May I know how I can go to "Internet" from the traditional way? Where is it located in the menu? I can't seem to find it. hmm.gif

I believe that's the only resort, need to check every time I connect to the Internet. Luckily it was only RM 40. sleep.gif

So there is a club for it... happy.gif

Add me in the list.
and thanks fruitie for helping me clearing my doubts before I go and bought mine (second hand, but nothing bad happened so far). Was choosing between this and the X1 and decided to try Symbian.

My only qualms is that, I still couldn't manage to control the jogdial properly. Needs more practice.
*
Of course there is, version 5 and inactive already because it is an "outdated" model. laugh.gif
In addition, Symbian UIQ has gone bankrupt. sweat.gif

Probably your jogdial is loose, mine is loose and seems lesser responsive compared to last time. Still... I'm lazy to get it fixed. Actually I don't know to fix it. laugh.gif

Anyway, I may ditch this for Blackberry in the future... hmm.gif

I'm not quite jogdial dependent anyway, so I'm not bothered with it.

Speaking about ditching, I think I'm going to ditch this too when the X10 arrives. Been wanted to try Android OS but the Google phone has more critics than praise in the web ~.~
*
Yeah, me too. Most of the time just use touchscreen. biggrin.gif

Mine is anytime, I'll ditch it for Bold 2. But too bad, I have a long list of gadgets purchase, so gotta see which one gets the highest priority and will go to mama's arms. laugh.gif biggrin.gif

I think you have just faced WSOD, White Screen Of Death. Nothing much you can do, gotta send it for repair.
