QUOTE(joeylny @ Aug 5 2009, 07:52 AM) program modeu can stil adjust the shuttle n aperture PAIRS using joystick the pairs r fixed ..... Added on August 5, 2009, 8:15 am QUOTE(ximo @ Aug 5 2009, 08:08 AM) Hi everyone, any price in betwwen 1500 - 1600 is reasonable ....I'm new to photography and a few of my friends introduced me to the LX3 as the best or at least one of the best compact semi-pros out there. I am based in Australia and I was wondering where would be the best place to purchase one of these babies in KL. A friend of mine is there until tomorrow. I have read through the forums and have noticed that everyone is paying different prices for different packages, but the most common package is the camera, 4GB SDHC, and case from $1500-1600. The case also differs as well, some are hard and some are soft/polyester. Any advice is most welcome. Cheers buy n play lo This post has been edited by nomoredfox: Aug 5 2009, 08:15 AM |

QUOTE(ocyrus @ Aug 5 2009, 10:07 PM) Got the same casing as tycheah_7 pictured below, a hard leather casing. Manual Mode allow u to control bothQuestion from a n00b here, which mode should I use if I want to control both the shutter speed and exposure? I'm trying to do the bokeh (blur) effect but it's not working. I know I have to set it at a small F number (large aperture), but it still captures everything behind the subject. How to focus on the subject? put ur lx3 near obj ( like wana do macro ) , ur backgorund will be blur den This post has been edited by nomoredfox: Aug 5 2009, 11:24 PM |

QUOTE(KittyKat @ Aug 9 2009, 12:08 AM) Oh... If i'm not mistaken, some parameter(s) in that particular color scheme i.e. contrast, saturation, etc was tweaked, thats why it'll appear yellow. u mean LX3 auto adjust those settings ????Added on August 9, 2009, 12:11 am Serious s**t!!! I encountered some PL filters that doesnt rotates (is it linear PL then?). Then i was thinking, its the DSLR's lens barrel that rotates (rite???) that why maybe they dont manufacture with a rotating ring to reduce cost. Now i only know i might be wrong, am i??? Yikes... my PL filter did rotate...LOL |

QUOTE(KittyKat @ Aug 9 2009, 09:06 AM) Oh... Nope. If you choose any "color theme" i.e. "Standard", "Dynamic", "Vibrant" etc... IF you maintain the profile as per default, the symbol should be white. IT you tweak any parameter in it i.e. "Saturation", "Sharpness", "NR", etc... Then it will turn yellow. You can try it out. At least mine does. icic .... i will check it outAdded on August 9, 2009, 10:50 am1 more question under bright sun ...LCD really gone case how u guys solve it ??? use 1 hand make shade ar ??? lol This post has been edited by nomoredfox: Aug 9 2009, 10:50 AM |
