Hi all sifus here. I just bought 8GB Transcend Class 6 SDHC for my LX3. Tried to take photo just now, there are few occasions is ask me to re-insert SD card. And on one occassion when I take photo it says write error.

Anything wrong with the card? Should I replace another card?

Hi all LX3 users.

Have a few questions after browsing thru LX3's blog and sites:
If say i mount on the DMW-LA4 adapter, then pair it with say DMW-LPL46/LND46/LMC46, can i still plug the LX3's OEM lens cap back on when not using the cam??? If cannot then how leh???

How about if go one step further, mounting on the DMW-LW46??? Where can get sui sui matching lens cap for it leh???

Yerrr... Laichong cheat people one (hehehe, just kidding). After taruh the adapter and filter(s), cannot use back the OEM lens cap one. OEM lens cap clips kinda hidden, cannot parking on the filter rim. Luckily i clever (just joking also), scout for 3rd party lens cap (DSLR-like ones with exposed clips) then can liao. But not cheap also leh, those capalang looking cap. Who cares, as long can protect filters being mounted on.

Just to share some info after experiencing it, hope it'll be useful to all LX3 users.

guys, is it normal that the camera takes as long as the shutter speed to process the image after taking the pic ? For example if i set 6 seconds shutter speed, it'll take 6 seconds to process the image. If 1 minute then 1 minute to process the image (not capturing the image. hope u guys understand what im trying to say)

is this the same for dslr too?

NO! if you set your shutter speed to 1 minute, it doesnt take another extra minute to process it

When we set shutter speed to 60sec , once we press shoot , then it process 60sec right ? or 120 sec ?

the camera's optical zoom only 2.5x..is there any option for me to add on accessories for extra optical zoom???
