@gmail,
Nope.. no PowerSupport stuff; Machines has them though.

@johnliew,
So the PowerJolt that's going for RM79 is the one without the detachable USB cable?! hmMm... if that's the case then I don't feel so cheated now *grins*

@setoyo,

@Mr Kong,
Y iShield?! Anyhow, if you're truly interested, I've an extra piece; won't do installation for U however. PM me your best price and I'll consider if I want to let it go.

@idoblu,
There are Gelaskins available at Machines biggrin.gif

@idoblu,
Start a bulk-sales thread and see if anyone else is interested. Most of the 'popular' ones were available at Machines 1U - I didn't go through it cause I ain't too interested in it.

@janson_kaniaz,
I think the PowerSupport Air Jacket retails at about RM139. It also comes with 2 Screen Protectors; anti-glare & crystal "something" *smiles*

@nrewq,
I don't think those stuff are reusable but U could always try. The only thing is, U will need to make sure it's kept proper so no dust gets stuck to it.

PS: Do U know how long U'll haf to wait till U get ur new phone?

@nrewq,
U shouldn't have to pay a single cent for the warranty claim you're making; if Maxis charges U $ for that, make helluva noise to create a situation ! biggrin.gif

Yes replacement units are usually refurbished units but they're sorta like new. In fact, because this is a new product, those who's gone in for warranty claims usually get a brand new refurbished set *or at least that's what we like to think* biggrin.gif

@sysh,
The Power Support Air Jacket ain't glass so U have nothing to worry about - don't know where U got the idea from but it's pretty hardy IMO. I think it cost about RM139 @ Machines and it comes with 2 different types of screen protector; anti-glare & crystal film.

PS: Just take precaution when putting the case on, the side of it may leave slight scratches on the chrome area.

@ResQ,
A couple of us here use the Oakley pouch; no problems so as long as U don't use any casing; it does fit with the Power Support Air Jacket.

@Cristiano-Ronaldo-7,
I'm currently using a leather slip-in case; something similar to nokia2003's Vaja except it's black. You could check out the one available by Sena [that one's a soft leather + it has little holes at the bottom so U can hear the sound]. I got mine off more-things.com and it doesn't come with holes at the bottom so if you put that in a bag, it might be difficult to hear the phone ring.

@llsphinxll,
I'm considering getting a sleeve off foofshop.com too but after the conversion rate it seems to be a bit expensive; plus not to mention i'm not sure if it's just a slip-on [I rather not have slip-ons]

Anyhow, nokia2003 been kind enough. Check out http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1209385 - deadline is Monday, 5AM.

@mikej1899,
Er.. whats a book style leather casing?! I've an iPhone leather sleeve if that's what you mean. You could check out Sena's Slim leather case (do a search!) or perhaps check out more-things.com - I got mine from there smile.gif

@ZeneticX,
I don't know about ur iPhone but mine doesn't come with a scratch-proof or scratch-resistance screen; it comes with an oleophobic coating which basically means, it's "scared of oil" tongue.gif

@ZeneticX,
iYah.. of course it's the same; I was being *sarcastic* tongue.gif

@unioptom,
I haven't put on a screen protector ever since I got this i3GS *grins* And it doesn't look like I'll be putting one on anymore. Guess by the time I get round to doing it, I'll be switching phones tongue.gif

Am currently using a leather slip-in case I got from more-things.com when I got the i3G but never had a chance to use it till now.

@scofield,
Gelaskin's pretty good for protection too *smiles*

Hi peeps,
I recently landed meself with a foofpod (www.foof.com); and I certainly do NOT recommend for others to get it reason being:-

# it's quite a tight fit [which might be good so ur phone doesn't fall off!]
# as the inside is wool, ur iPhone gets hot [or maybe I was just running some app and forgot to switch it off]

I am however loving the foof I got for my MBP; it's just perfect ! *smiles*

@tineagle,
Sometimes small particles get stuck inside the phone and the movement causes scratches.
