I want to see your progress. I think its good that u push urself with this target, even IF u dont reach the 10km by 1 Feb, it wont be a shame..as long as u reach ur 10km target. Good luck bro. Run like the wind.. GODSPEED rclxms.gif

Next phase:
1 Feb - 1 Mar : 10km runs (for an entire month) (routine: day1 run, day 2 rest, day 3 run, etc)

1 Mar: Now that my body is seasoned at 10km, (1) I will still maintain the 10km run as usual, but add on another routine. Strength training with weights.

Admirable..but strength and endurance training has different styles. Make sure you dont burn yourself out.
