hi!

i hve a question on DG50 plan.

with this plan, RM50 is the monthly Commitment Fee (minimum fee; must pay)

My latest call charges is RM16.08. Therefore it's <RM50, so discounted.

Then the 5% service tax is calculated *outside* of the commitment fee. Hence +RM2.50.

All in all, this month bill, i need to pay RM50 + RM2.50.

Now, what if I downgrade to DG20?

I'm confused because with DG20, RM20 is the monthly Subscription Fee (min fee; must pay).

But if my next month's bill is RM16.08 (for example) and 5% svc tax is RM1.00...

total I need to pay is RM20 + RM16.08 + RM1.00 = RM37.08? <-- is this correct?

Is that what it means on Subscription Fee?

What's the difference between Access Fee and Subscription Fee then?

Yes, your explanation was correct. smile.gif
DG 20, call or not call RM 20 is a minimum amount you must pay and it is not talktime, it is access fees. smile.gif

No problem. smile.gif
But your usage is around RM 30, then consider DG 50. If less than RM 20, then DG 20. smile.gif

Oh, weird, just checked on digi's website, it states only 6 supplementary lines. :S :S
Anyway, I got a question.
About the free PA, only selected customers get to enjoy it?

If you usage is little, please consider DiGi prepaid, it helps a lot. smile.gif
Usually postpaid is for heavy user. smile.gif

I think the 6 lines is for Family Basic. Refer back to the chart. smile.gif
Yes, only selected customers but I think everyone will have the chance, it is the matter of time. smile.gif

I think that only applies to new prepaid users. smile.gif
I'm not sure if D' Campus is eligible or not.
Every RM 1 = 1 point.
If auto pay will get RM 5.00 rebate every month. drool.gif
Why not? 600 points can get RM 12 discount. smile.gif
Excuse me. I think you are new to the telco world. smile.gif
DiGi already rolled out its youth plan since last year, much earlier than Hotlink's Youth Club. rolleyes.gif
DiGi's D' Campus, never heard before? Click on this link then: http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=795499

so which one you think is the better?
i can still enjoy HYC rate 12sen/min (maxis-maxis) and 15sen/min (maxis-other telcos) eventhough i'm in in the 'outcampus' zone brows.gif
oh ya DiGi d'Campus subscriber can enjoy what they called as The Great D'Campus Holiday PROMO! (for limited time) but still couldn't compete with HYC rate doh.gif

p/s - Furthermore HYC users can have 4 years validity icon_rolleyes.gif

RM30 commitment, not access. Lowest commitment fee in M'sia.

RM0.20 cents / min to all network.

RM0.10 per sms.

it has now been replaced with "congrats you have hit tier 1 domestic sms usage"

Also, the new rule is that sending messages to FnF is not capped at 50cents as you are already enjoying the 1cents/sms privilege. Thats why your credit continues to deduct even after 50 cents

Of course I'm aware of HYC but how long did Hotlink come out with that plan? DiGi has rolled out this since July 2008.
Not forgetting the RM 1.00 capped and free unlimited calls to any DiGi numbers. Does Hotlink have it?
Does Hotlink have unlimited data line?
Hotlink as a follower of course has to come out with a better plan. Logic right?

No, he meant FnF is not included in the RM 0.50 calculation anymore. Next time reread few times to understand it.
