how to know which simcard is the 128k? ... does it state behind the simcard?

digi's billing has been very disappointing to me so far..

1st month bill charge me wrongly.... nvm .. i called and complained ..

2nd month bill ... waive some charges ... but STILL charge wrongly ... nvm i called and complained AGAIN

3rd month if wrong again .... i really dono wat to say le ...

can someone in their blardy billing dept do something right and waive every thing in my bill and just charge me properly??? .. or do i have to keep on complaining and asking for higher authority who has the power to do so?

i dont have so much time to keep on call them every month to tell them they did something wrong man ...

somemore ask me to go do a digi centre .. and they will explain the billing to me ... ... ... they need to understand that i did not do anything wrong in the first place ... y do i need to spend my time for mistakes that they have done ...

damn frustrated .... i havent use any harsh words to them YET .... ive been so nice and kind to their customer service .. SO FAR ...

next month see how ....
