AFAIK,Its closely similiar to GPRS PAYU whereby ppl blew their account out with extreme GPRS usage but when the bill comes, only RM149 is deducted
Even when I was in DiGi CS doing some payments, heard some customers come and complain why they line is still being charged when they supposed to have free calls in the unbill and when their bill comes, all calls among supp lines and main lines are all waived. So lets wait for his bill first then only see how it goes. If its indeed charged, do adjustment.
