my fren had a gout after he took GNC creatine. maybe it is becoz of the brand.

okay this is what i found, if someone already have gout, or have history of gout in his family, creatine will only exacerbates it by triggering the kidneys to raise uric acid levels.
you should not worry if you're one healthy adult

you can check HERE on gout-causing foods, what to eat in moderation and whats not and pass it to your friend.
ask him to take care his diet too, some foods may lead to gout, but if take in moderation they're ok

i dont know what brand. found in ebay. packed in a tranparent plactic. i think each tablet contains 200mg caffein. price is 5 pound. but unfortunately i dont have paypal or visa.

btw is it safe to take caffein to boost energy and loss fat?

it is not recommended to consume over 400mg of caffeine per day.
it is ok for energy boost but not so much of fat loss. Caffeine is one of the ingredients in fat burners, but only one active ingredients not so powerful compared to 4-5 active ingredients concentrated into one (fat burner)
