one time i my fren make a protein shake from weight gainer... then he found a worm on the shake! i was so shocked. a small "ulat" alive n kicking on the shake!

i had sorethroat & flu from it... i thought it was me not suited to the weight gainer. So i gave to my fren, turn out got ULAT.




issit that i have to finish the protein in a very short period once i opened it?
