Hey , I currently is a skinny guys , now i training for muscle mass grow (not eat to become fat guy)...any low budget product to introduce? i dun wan weight gain~ i wan muscle gain...i got do weight training. I wan 100% vegetarian product..... If got any soy protein might be good also , i dislike milk...=) Any recommend? I dun wan too many lbs , i prefer around 2-3lbs , just for start up c whether the product effective or not...LOL

First of all i want to clarify that weight gain is muscle gain. IF you didnt gain muscle what else did you gain. We are the same, skinny guys so you dont have to worry about getting fat at all. Thats the least you might want to get afraid of. Our genetics convert glycogen to energy very fast.

If vegetarian depends on what kind of vegetarian are you. I heard some vegetarian can drink dairy products. Our gainers and whey is whey protein, if you can drink milk and cheese, then you're good to go.

Gainers usually come in 5-6lbs. if you want small tubs we only have whey, BSN Syntha-6 (2.91lb) at Rm 150, MonsterMilk (2.22lb) Rm 165.

my suggestion is just use gainers, Cytogainer is the best if you dont want fat gain as it didnt use simple-carbs. Being a vegetarians means you'll have quite some problems to get caloric surpass from your diet

im sorry didnt have soy based products here for you. If you must know, biological value for plant based protein is not as high as dairy or animal based protein. Biological value is value which your body want to absorb the nutrients. Low BV value means you gotta consume A LOT of it just to get small portion of protein.

which one better depends on when do you want to use them.
TrueMass is combination of fast and slow abrosbing protein, same as MonsterMass. great for post-wo and in-between meals.

Cytogainer better is you just use solely post-wo, and try to minimize your fat gain. Most people experience lean gain on Cyto because they use complex carbs.
