Summary-

Tsukasa and co. appear in a new world, the world of the Rider Taisen. Tsukasa finds himself dressed in a tuxedo-like uniform. Tsukasa sees that an all-out-war has started here between Fangire and Undead, and Tsukasa realizes that the worlds of Kiva and Blade have fused together. Our heroes find Kendate Kazuma/Kamen Rider Blade and Wataru/Kamen Rider Kiva fighting each other. They have been informed that the victor will have their world saved, while the looser will be destroyed. Asumu/Kamen Rider Hibiki also appears there, apparently caught in the same dilemma. It is discovered that the one promoting the union of the worlds, is none other than ApolloGeist...
Episode 31 (Final Story):

Summary-

ApolloGeist gains more power through Fangire matrimony, becoming Super ApolloGeist. With his new powers, he captures Natsumi. Tsukasa finds that Kendate Kazuma, and the world of Blade, have disappeared from all his pictures. Disheartened, Tsukasa is urged on by Eijiro, knowing that he is the one who can save his granddaughter. However, in front of Tsukasa appears Kenzaki Kazuma, the original Kamen Rider Blade. His message to Tsukasa? To leave this world at once, because the uniting of all worlds is his fault...
