A group of ogres suddenly appeared in a peaceful village. They are Oni and they came to look for the "Trump-card of Oni", when an earthquake connected the past and the present. Deneb, Ryotaro and Kotaro came to the past after the Onis, because the order of the time in the present is getting messed up since Onis are still alive while they were supposed be defeated.

Due to this change in history, Ryotaro regressed into his younger self, just like Kohana, and got separated from his friends. Also, Yuuto has completely disappeared from the present. Meanwhile, Ryotaro saves a boy named Yuu from the hands of Onis and questions him about the "Trump card of Oni", but he doesn't seem to make any sence.

To fix this, Ryotaro gave him a ticket and told him to "open any door that you see at times with 3 repeated numbers, such as 10:10:10 pr 03:03:03."

What's gonna happen when Yuu uses the ticket? What about the "trump card of Oni"? To fix the timeline, little Ryotaro and his friends will take a fight against ogres!!

They eventually find Urataros, Kintaros, and Ryutaros who have possessed Jiro, Riki, Ramon (Arms monster from Kiva) in a town in the Showa era. They also are told to take care of Tsukasa(Decade) who is possessed by Sieg at Hikari Photograph. With everyone gathered again, they fly the trains to the Age of Muramachi, to rescue Momotaros who has been mistaken as an Oni in the Legend of Momotaro because of his strange look.

New Den-o will help Toki, a samurai who's duty is to defeat Onis, and fight the Gold and Silver Kamen Riders. Will they be able to bring order back to the time line? Will Momotaros ever be OK!? The fight between Decade and Trains vs. the battleship will bring you a great climax!
Now! The bell is ringing, "Chou Den-o" series will arrive in the theatre soon! With a CLIMAX!

Pre-production and casting

Initially scheduled to be released in April 2009, Toei later announced that the film would be included in the new Super Den-O Series. The first new cast member to be announced was gravure idol Akina Minami. Also to be featured in the film are several cast members of the current Kamen Rider Series Kamen Rider Decade and some of the cast members of Kamen Rider Kiva. The cast members of Den-O to return include the voice actors of the Tarōs, Sieg, and Deneb (Toshihiko Seki, Kōji Yusa, Masaki Terasoma, Kenichi Suzumura, Shin-ichiro Miki, Hōchū Ōtsuka), Rina Akiyama, Tamaki Matsumoto, Yuichi Nakamura, and Kenjirō Ishimaru.
