and finally, moderation is done based on moderator discretion, and IMO at the time the other threads i didnt close because the person had a genuine PROBLEM or ISSUE to address

@Meruchan, i've made a few mistakes while moderating, and u can ask around to those people i did make those mistakes, i was quite willing to apologise.

some people even PM me asking me the reason for closing thread, i gave reason, and they gave a good argument, i agreed, and even willingly reopenned the thread for them. And we are on good terms until now, because civility is preserved.

but since u have abandoned civility and decided to bring your own sad personal issues with me into this, and because at my discretion, i still think what i did was right, i will NOT apologize.

@Meruchan, aiyo, i wasnt making fun at anyone in particular, i was trying to be lame to take the bite out of the closing the thread. again, chill. And no, i feel its definitely up to u to be silly and have a lame sense of humour, i do it too. i did not take any discretionary actions on those threads of yours did i? i closed it because of IMHO an impending race war.

and i did give my reasons for not closing the other two, and again its discretionary based. if everyone agreed with everyone we would have no borders, no countries, no wars. and besides, after u brought the issue up Boon has contemplated and decided to close for u too? see? it could have all been done if u tried to PM me (since i'm the one who took initial action) and debate your case, or point out your thoughts regarding the other two threads.

sounds like a mistake from what i can see from what u said. double punishment for same offence, u can appeal.
