At around 1.3 to 1.4k this seems to be a good deal...

Anyone else who got their C905 production date 2009+? Can share your stories with me? I'm concerned on the amount of issues a lot have with the phone before...

I'm still using my trusted W800i =)
Rock solid phone... bought at 2k on the first day of launch itself, no problem at all even after drop to road, drop to a bit watery drain, threw it on the ground also got sleep.gif'

should be problem free at least. when buying please check the manufacturing date under the battery. must be written 1-20+W09

I would like to know if the pictures taken by this phone are as good as those 8 Megapixel digital cameras???
And how bout the quality of the video taken????

Interested on this phone, but the price is what I have to consider.......so better do some surveying over here.....

it wont be as good as the conventional point and shoot camera. but it is one of the best (8mp) camera PHONE they have on market. The video recording capabilities is standard with the exception of 30fps. its a decent phone and its even better now with the price drop. Go for it. rclxms.gif thumbup.gif

my cousin having problem with the keypad navigation button as the thing start to rust and fade and he told me " is not plastic is steel"

ya, its made out of metal. My button in the middle of the d-pad and the camera shutter button are starting to rust, luckily the cost of replacing it is quite affordable.

New user here, been using it for two weeks and enjoying it. No problems here yet.

However, I have a question, can we or is it possible to set a group ringtone? Or we have to assign the ringtone one by one for each contact?

sadly yes
