it's good.. i was like suppose to lend it to my gf wan. but i read the first few pages and i lent her another book instead laugh.gif

but the ending abit lacking.. i read the last page and like wtf?? tht it??/
*
IT's ending is a bit more abstract, is like dealing a superpower evil forces on everyone's mind. But personally i think its ending is better than the movie version. Perhaps my imagination juz caught on me sweat.gif

BTW, if u're a dog lover or u're currently have a big dog pet, perhaps u should stay away from Cujo...hehehe..

yes, the book IT is good. at first i downloaded the whole book in MS WORD format and after few pages, i knew that i have to get this book. so i started to hunt high and low for the book and finally manage to found it in a second hand bookshop in central market. i am surprised that MPH bookstore doesnt have them. the book was better than the movie!

Ah I remember RTM showed IT bac many many years ago (believe that I'm abt 9-10 yrs old dat time) and I was so scared! Recently managed to borrow the DVD from my friend and re-watch it, only to realize it isn't as bad as I used to think biggrin.gif

As for SK's other books, I have read Christine, Insomnia - which is really good. And you'll find some very very interesting link between Insomnia and Pet Sematary (but make sure u read the latter first). I've not finished The Shining. Sorta stopped reading sumwhere and then now dunno how to continue bac (forgot some of the front section). I'm currently following his Skeleton Crew (collection of short stories). I've bought 4 past midnight, sitting on my shelf, waiting to be read ^^ and I'm looking forward to getting Needful Things and Salem's Lot. Btw I'm curious... why is Salem's Lot so expensive??? The price is consistently at RM 50+

My first Stephen King book was Pet Sematary. Scared the creep outta me. sweat.gif

But I'm now looking for It but can't seem to find it in Borders/MPH. Gonna try KinoKuniya next.

There is no IT at Kinokuniya. Just checked it yesterday. I randomly picked Dreamcatcher, but lol from Internet I found out the title received so many negative reviews.

Is it that hard to find IT?

Try calling MPH and Popular, check with their customer svc. You can actually 'reserve' the book. I have the same problem with Green Mile back then, so I called them up. From their system, they found 1 book in Midvalley and I reserve it. Picked it up the following day laugh.gif

Update! Stephen King's It is available at Kinokuniya KLCC! And I saw only a piece at the rack. Go get It nao before it sold out.

I asked the staff, the book won't be available after this, unless you pre-order. And pre-order will take three months as the supplier is currently out of stock.

Good luck :-)

Currently owned 'Salem's Lot and Dreamcatcher.

The Green Mile's brilliant, the movie only managed only to capture a bit of it's briliance, and even that was thanks to Tom Hanks XD

You guys should try Everything's Eventual, a compilation of a few of his short story works, i personally can't see how they made 1408 into a movie, the story is relatively short, i guess i better go find it
