lecturers job is not to teach. it's the students responsibility to learn. lecturers, despite their name, actually acquires new knowledge for consumption of the students. they're like masterchefs. they dont cook for the customers, but design new recipes for them.

so the measure of a good lecturer is not at how they teach. it's WHAT they teach. if not, stephen hawking would probably the worst lecturer in the world.
