I need something that can convert RCA "in" to VGA "out".
The RCA consist of red/white for sound, and yellow for composite video coming from a Digital Video Recoder unit that needs to be connect to a normal LCD monitor (DVR has no VGA only RCA out). You have such device? Can it work without the need to use PC? Thanls. |
