Hi,

First of all, we have duplicated the wrong info to Leadtek WinFast TV Pro 1920,
but now we have updated, you are able to view the related info by the link.

in term of resolution,
Leadtek WinFast TV Pro 1920 (Analog) will play the best since it has max resolution up to
1920 x 1200 (for 24" LCD)
Other than tat, if you have different size of LCD screen, it will fit with it also due to its various
resolution.
For the connection ports, Leadtek WinFast TV Pro 1920 has almost every ports for your usage, i would say it is the best
among each others.

As a conclusion, if you need a TV Box which is only for your LCD which not more than 1680 x 1050,
Leadtek WinFast TV Pro 1680 (Analog) is your choice.

But if you have a PC tat connect with LCD, which might share the LCD with your TV Box,
Leadtek WinFast TV Pro 1920 (Analog) would be ur ideal choice, since it has input VGA and output VGA for your conveniences.
And also, it can support up to 24" LCD screen.

Forget about Kworld if you r not its fan since the price not attractive compared to Leadtek

That item is not meant for your purpose, it is actually a TV Box which allows u to watch TV with your LCD Monitor, and capture any video signal from its inputs to display with connected LCD monitor.

Hi,

The TV Card is actually acting like a decoder of TV which it decode all the public broadcasting and appear in your Computer Monitor.
It will not be clear as Astro because the public broadcasting signal is still using analogue.

For the Astro channel it is not under this scope because it is private broadcasting and only for those payable user with their own decoder.

You are able to use the included software to record program by using the real time recording feature, and it will eventually store in your hard disk and it is playable anytime.

We already removed the paypal payment feature for the moment thus you are not able to make payment through paypal.
However, we will remove the paypal payment option in the first thread to avoid misunderstanding.

I need something that can convert RCA "in" to VGA "out".

The RCA consist of red/white for sound, and yellow for composite video coming from a Digital Video Recoder unit that needs to be connect to a normal LCD monitor (DVR has no VGA only RCA out).
