telco work can be very stressful especially in these competative days.. rollout, bidding, tender, upgrade, testing, trial... 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, saturday sunday public holiday.. also got lo... whatever regarding the wireless part is your responsibility... work is very challenging and its one of the most important department in the company as wireless part (RAN, RBS) generate the most revenue for the company... prepare a lot of hard work and work load as rollout, tuning, optimization, troubleshooting and report which involve a lot of process, not to mention tight datelines and tough KPIs..
