Added on May 27, 2011, 12:57 amwhatever regarding the wireless part is your responsibility... work is very challenging and its one of the most important department in the company as wireless part (RAN, RBS) generate the most revenue for the company... prepare a lot of hard work and work load as rollout, tuning, optimization, troubleshooting and report which involve a lot of process, not to mention tight datelines and tough KPIs.. KPIs are getting by the days.. gezz... its a good learning experience for someone who wants to go into telco industry. once the project starts, the high work load will help you grasp the skills and knowledge faster. no pain no gain maaa.. |
