ahahahaha..no wonder...your 208Mhz GPU couldnt render a media file that large man...try resizing it or download any flv. format videos from youtube

Did you install capswitch and installserver activator as listed on the 1st page?
if not...basically you couldnt install all of the unsigned apps.

That's why i said i prefer 0.32 ver compared to 0.5 because of the backlight problem..
Btw to mod the standby screen icon, just change your phone standby applications to business mode.
Then manually change all the icons with the icon pack.
Some example of modded standby screen.

So far no 1 managed to mod the default icon. Just business mode.
There are tons of iphone icon mod in persian forums...try looking there. Business mode mod only.

Use 0.32..no backlight problem..still u have to unlock 2 times la as precaution.
For me I unlock in this way :
- Use the unlock key beside the casing
- Glide the iphone lock
- done.

I am currently online in some anonymous wifi spot with my G900.
about the comparism thingy with LG, sorry i have to say as i didnt use any LG phone yet.
But since G900 is a Symbian-based OS, alot of apps can be installed in it.
And its very tweakable with mods etc.

Both of them are having 2.4" resistive touchscreen+keypad. I can say both of them put on a good match
About the phone camera quality. It might not as good as Cybershot-series quality, but if you get the angle and brightness level right, G900 is still capable to shoot some amazing shots.

I have a short review about the phone in my blog..you may refer to it in August archive.

Yeah, LG secret body is quite elegant and more classy if compared to G900...The only thing i dislike about my G900 is its plasticky case and fingerprint magnet on the navigation keys.

This is the most important step before you pay for G900! Alot of users bought recon set and ya know', problems here and there.
Last time when i bought my G900 for 1k i tested for 30minutes...Pity that seller biggrin.gif

Well, I bought it through lowyat.net forummer...
I worked as a phone promoter in lowyat before so i know how the dealers sell their phones....
Which the way they do business give me a bad impression...so i will never buy from lowyat plaza/sg wang.

Try looking for some sellers in garage sales with good reputation. It helps.

Well, not all shops are like that, just from my observations, most of the deales tends to clear off old/faulty stocks to customers....
Some even overcharge their customers althought they got the latest pricelist....
So nego kao kao...if can buy frm LYN forummer, nice service+price+good warranty.

But in the end still depends on your preference la...just touch wood everyday to avoid yrselves getting a faulty sets la...
