its not difficult as long as u are devoted to ur pup =]
depends on what breed u wan to have.. as for maltese, I train her my self xD well.. it's not hard to train compare to some bigger dogs keke..
if u ask me, I will just say that maintaining a pup is not as easy as u buy bcause they're cute =]
what u need to think is their medical fees and other expenses..



from the picture, it shows that ur girl currently have short coat.. you can try to let her fur to grow first =]
usually they will stop growing in about 8 months ++

Added on January 5, 2010, 10:59 amthere's once i got my JJ a supplement for tear stain too.
but i dont remember the brand.
the bottle packaging is brown in colour.
if not mistaken its garlic + peanut better.
cheaper as well.
JJ's tear stain did get better.
but i've stop feeding him already .

Cyongyong, U cut ur dog's coat too short lol.. haha.. anyway, how old is he/she?look like time for fully grown..

I bought her from a owner who cant take care of her ..they cut her hair so short cos of her tangle hair ....now need to comb everyd lor .....hard to comb her ...keep biting n running around .....

she is 6 months d ......hopefulyl she stop growing lor ......

actually i don't mind abt her breed but at least let me know so i can tell my friend

A good quality maltese must have dark pigmentation - Paws all black, Smoky eye, Nose black, Skin also not so pink and coat better no brown patches..
Muzzle must be less than 2 1/2 finger.. best is 2 finger long, must at least look 90 degree from their fore head
Tall/Short? Tall preferred so that when leave long coat, the coat can look longer...
Body not too long. Best is 30-40cm long
Eye the bigger the better
Size.. depends on judge preference.. should not be too small or too big.. Best is about 45-60cm from muzzle to back.
Teeth must grow nicely.. not so perfect still ok as long as not scissor bite.
Overall, face must look sweet not just cute..
Coat very hard to differentiate cuz when they get older, coat can change to thicker..
