change to SSD, only then you would get a significant better performance. Normal Hard Disk now speed should be 7200rpm, if you can find a better one you might also get a better score.You could also get maybe some extra if you use a hard disk with larger cache size.

i must say 7.2 is quite high for HDD, not even raid just change to AHCI..
yes i did change mine to AHCI mode too, but nothing really changes, i dont notice any change in performance at all btw raid 1+0 or 0+1 or 10 is kinda reliable while giving u fast performance if im not mistaken |

 last time. difference.. same rig, but removed GC, RAM downgrade from corsair gaming to kvr, and using AMDAHCI driver instead of default Microsoft AHCI driver.  harhar.. super improvement on HDD speed. even not SSD (samsung F3 with no RAID)can reach 7.5 already.
