QUOTE(killeralta @ Jan 18 2009, 05:35 PM) I winder why even in nokia india website they got application for the 5800 while malaysia nokia website still got nothing, zzzzz , On a side note, even though this is a xpress music phone, can't nokia at least give some decent earphone like sony ericsson walkman series earphone, idun think it will add much into the production cost QUOTE(ridzyroo @ Jan 18 2009, 05:39 PM) 1. nokia malaysia doesn't update their website often...once a month maybe?look at the products page...the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic is still listed as coming soon =) Even the Singapore website does not have the applications... guess it's just something special for the indian market...2. nokia doesn't have a music player line like sony which is the walkman...and second, people will just go with other branded headphones that is to their liking...bottom line is, nokia isn't a headphone kind of brand...i'm using philips one as my headphones now... The earphones which came with my Motorola were really lousy as well..... I'm using Philips too now... |

Any idea how to transfer all contacts from Motorola V3xx to the 5800? Tried googling but there's nothing helpful... I could transfer by Bluetooth one by one (cos there's no option to transfer multiple!
Is there a simpler way? Thanks. |

QUOTE(zackloy @ Jan 18 2009, 11:08 PM) I dunno about Moto but for SE I've posted the steps on how to transfer the contacts. Check if your Moto also saves contacts as a vcf file, and if it does, just follow the steps I outlined in my earlier post. Alternatively, if your Moto can sync with Outlook, then sync all your contacts with Outlook and then sync Outlook with your 5800. Great!!! Thanks a lot! Think the Outlook one should work well....Hope this helps. |

Seems that 5800 originally had geotagging...
Anyway I found this software which is supposed to do just that... Location Tagger I would try it but I haven't received my bluetube yet.... |

Got this from one of the thousands of posts we've had about the 5800. Apologies as I don't remember the original poster.

Thanks a lot for the photo. Was wondering what the Martin Fields protector cutouts would look like.
