Hi all, I go through some of the comment and suggestion, but still if anyone wanted to refinance their property or want to look for a better rate, email me i will contact you asap.

Hi there,
I wish to refinance my apartment. My current loan with AMBANK (incl MRTA) is about RM 140,000. I am paying RM 861/month for 30 year loan. Any nice package? Can i not paying moving fee? How long is the process? The panelty is like 3.5% or RM8000? Is it worth doing so ? What is the saving i may get based on current package provided?
